Free medical care and prescriptions for working individuals and their familes who earn 185% of federal poverty guidelines. We serve McCracken, Ballard, Carlisle, Fulton, Hickman, Livingston and Marshall Counties in Kentucky. We serve Massac County in Southern Illinois.

Needs to bring two consecutive pay stubs.
